For A Successful Delivery Order:

We make every effort to fulfill your exact floral requests, however due to seasonal availability we may find it necessary to make appropriate floral substitutions. By filling out this order form completely, you will help us understand exactly how to serve your floral needs and fill in with appropriate substitutions for the specific occasion at hand. The earlier you place the order,(3-5) days in advance, the better the chances of getting very specific items (ex: white roses with orange tulips and pink hydrangeas).

Must haves for successful delivery:
1. Working phone number for recipient.
2. Current address, Zip and if it is OK to leave on porch instructions.
3. Working phone number and email for sender.
4. Payment method confirmation.

Helpful information for creating a custom arrangement appropriate for the occasion:

5. Occasion type (new baby, get well, birthday, anniversary, etc.)
6. Color specifics and floral choices, or designer choice
7. Floral choices (ex: use lilies and orange roses (if), no baby's breath)
8. Style (Modern, English Garden, Tuscan, French Country, Tropical, Monochromatic, etc.)
9. You can add to your floral budget for any of the pre-designed vases found on our website.

After submitting the delivery order form to our design team we will contact you to collect your credit card information. The prices shown do not include the $12.50 local delivery fee. For deliveries beyond 3 miles, there will be an additional charge of $2.50 per mile.

The Fine Print
This form sends an email to our design department which operates
Tuesday - Saturday 11:00 - 4:00 Pacific time, we will call to complete payment method and confirm your order specifics. No delivery orders can be completed until payment has been received. Cut off time for same day delivery is 1:00 PM with phone confirmation and payment method completed. Orders placed Saturday after 12:00 pm may not be delivered until Tuesday Afternoon, unless otherwise confirmed over the phone. Our minimum for local delivery is $75.00 not including a local delivery fee of $12.50. For deliveries beyond 3 miles, there will be an additional charge of $2.50 per mile. If there is a locked gate, a menacing dog, or full sun (unprotected porch), and delivery can't be completed safely, we may require a re-delivery fee. You will need to contact us in person to confirm the possibility for a Monday delivery fulfillment.
